Located in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho we are proud to offer an array of services to both second homeowners and HOA’s. We are a small company that provides top-notch services to all our clients. We aren’t for everyone, but we are here for those who choose to invest in their home in a way that brings peace of mind, and an assurance that your home will be well cared for.
Collectively we have over 20 years in the service industry; we are fully able to accommodate all your specific needs either because of our own expertise or that of vendors/partners.
We are licensed and bonded as are all our vendors from house cleaning to construction repairs.
We work with our vendors to maximize their expertise and leverage our relationships with them so that we are a preferred client for them, which ensures that your needs get handled in a timely and professional manner.

Meet the Team
Sean Renkly
Founder/Property Manager
Sean has been a resident of Sun Valley since 2016. He comes from a finance/real estate background. Started the business in 2018 with a focus on association management and caretaking for second or investment homes after being part of homeowners’ associations from previous homes owned. Sean has extensive knowledge in the field of real estate from rentals, ownership to maintenance. He spends his spare time fly fishing, snowmobiling, and traveling through the national parks.
Chase Hamilton
Lead Technician
Chase Hamilton was born in Sun Valley. In his early years he lived at Galena Lodge, where his parents Dan and Hurley set the rustic lodge up for its current fame as a world-class cross country day lodge. During high school he worked for Storey Construction, helping to build large homes in the north valley. Chase then left Idaho to earn a bachelor’s degree in both Aeronautical Science and Aviation Maintenance Technology gaining the necessary certifications to both fly and fix aircraft. During the housing crash of 2008, Chase moved into the fun world of wine and wine distribution with local outfit S&C Importers, where he still finds himself today. In 2021 he was pulled back into the maintenance side of things by his good friend Sean Renkly and now finds himself keeping a watchful eye on homes managed by Dark Sky Property Management.
Donna Doan
Office Bookkeeper
Originally from California, Donna Doan moved to the Sun Valley area in 1981. After spending the winter in Ketchum, she extended her stay through the following summer at the recommendation of a friend—and, like so many other locals in this area, decided that she liked it so much she never left. A mother of two, Donna is Dark Sky’s bookkeeper, and otherwise go-to gal for ‘all things office.’
